UKIP’s manifesto, titled “Create an earthquake” was launched by Nigel Farrage on 22 April 2014 in Sheffield. Hoping for their biggest victory to date, the main thrust of their manifesto focused on the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union. Along with that, they also focused on border control policies and the need to tighten immigration.

UKIP won more seats in the European Parliament than any other party in the UK. Nigel Farrage said it was “just about the most extraordinary result in British Politics for 100 years.”
